• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
• Certain products are non-returnable, including:
  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons).
  • Clearance or sale items marked as “Final Sale.”
  • Custom or personalized products.

2. Return Process

2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
3. Our team will verify your request and provide return instructions.
4. Ship the product back using a reliable courier service. (Shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.)

3. Refunds

• Refunds are processed after inspection of returned items.
• If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective products sent by us.

4. Exchanges

• We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items.
• If you need a different size, color, or product, you’ll need to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
• We will prioritize sending a replacement or process a refund at no additional cost to you.
